We are a small family run operation, tapping around 1200 trees, mainly on vacuum, on the side of what we call “the mountain”. We boil the sap down using a wood fired evaporator with the assistance of a reverse osmosis machine. What started out as a hobby nearly 30 years ago as an 8 year old, has snowballed into a hobby out of control. We take pride in producing top quality, award winning maple products, all while having fun doing it. We are located south east of Picton in Waupoos. Watch for the signs just east of our house on Stevens road and head north on Kellars crossroad to the sap house.
