Maple Mist Farm is owned and operated by Eric and Lisa Dilts. Located in Knox County, Heart of Ohio, the 35-acre sugar bush has been in the family for over 50 years. Visit, and experience the process of taking sap and turning it into maple syrup. See an RO machine, evaporator, and water jacketed canner. Weather permitting, go into the woods, see the tapped trees and the vacuum tubing system. Tastings of our maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar and maple cotton candy are available to all. Solar is being used to offset 100% of the electric used in maple syrup production.
