In 2013 was their first year for tapped maple trees approximately 3000 taps. A 26′ x 40′ sugar house was built mostly from recycled materials, saving money in the process. Our forest sits mostly on rock hence “Rock Maple Lodge”. There is only a few inches of top soil in spots, as most of the forest was never cleared.
