We at Williams Family Farms have been harvesting Blueberries for generations under Linda’s Maine Wild Blueberries. For several years now the Williams Family have been bee keepers and bottling our honey under the Joshy’s Honey label. In the spring of 2018 on a Friday night we decided it would be fun and tasty to make maple syrup. That weekend we tapped 20 maple trees. We made about 5 gallons of maple syrup in about two weeks in 2018. Then our first grandchild was born and given the name Hadley. By the time we got our first expansion of 400 trees tapped for the 2019 season we had our new name and labels Hadley’s Maine Maple Syrup. We have added many more products since then and are in the process of branding all products under Williams Family Farms.
